The top pressing plate will be permanently deformed after a long time

For the repair of warped and deformed pressing plate, a hot pressing plate pressure frame can be made, and the method of thermal expansion and cold contraction deformation treatment and the combined treatment of permanent compression deformation can be used to gradually correct For the edge sagging part of the pressing plate and the groove mark of the pressing plate, it can be filled with electric welding overlay and then grinded with an angle grinder Then use an oilstone to smooth, or use a self-made simple grinding head to grind. 3. The hot pressing plate leakage of vacuum laminator is also a common fault There are two cases of pressure plate leakage. One is the leakage of the working face at the edge of the pressure plate. The main reason is that the channel between the pressure plate and the surface of the pressure plate is thin and cracks appear under the impact of high steam pressure If the leaked steam hits the product surface, the product will expand and soften and become a secondary waste.
