Fault analysis and elimination of optical fiber punching machine reflector

The reflector is not retracted:

reason:

1. The mirror does not retract fast enough to reach the set value in the program

2. Shutter not retracted

Exclusion method:

1. The air pressure does not reach the standard 5.5kg/cm2

2. The reflector sensor is faulty (the lamp is not lit) or its position is incorrect, so it needs to be replaced or adjusted

3. Adjust the reflector throttle valve to speed up

4. Replace the cylinder if it leaks

5. Replace the damaged thrust bearing

6. In addition to the above reasons, the original factory shall be notified for maintenance

Reflector cylinder failure:

Exclusion method:

1. During replacement, remove the air compression pipe connected to the cylinder, loosen the fixing screws of the pull rod, and remove the cylinder rotating base and sensor

2. During assembly, it is assembled in a reverse way. The sensor is adjusted so that it lights up when the cylinder reaches the position of the positioning cylinder

(If the sensor is not lit, the upper die will not move downward)

Inaccurate image taking or impact of reflector:

Exclusion method:

Start the mirror image taking test procedure as follows:

1. Place the target at a proper position under the lens and teach OK

2. Perform image taking

Decision method: 100 holes are taken continuously. If the XY axis error is within 1PIXEL, it is OK. Otherwise, other problems may occur.
