Precautions for vacuum pumping system of vacuum laminator

The function of the vacuum pumping system is to make the closed chamber of the press form a negative pressure state, so that the volatiles inside the plate can be discharged more easily, reduce the pressure during pressing, and thus reduce the warpage of the plate. The vacuum system shall meet two requirements. First, the vacuum pump shall have good performance and be able to meet the evacuation requirements within the specified time. Generally, the vacuum degree of foreign vacuum presses can reach 30 torr in 5-6 minutes (the vacuum value of the hot press is ≤ 30 mbar and the arrival speed is 3 minutes). The current level of domestic presses is 8-10 minutes. The vacuum degree requirements are set according to different products. In order to ensure good vacuum, the feed valve, maintenance valve, evacuation pipeline and valve shall have good sealing performance, and the pressure relief shall not exceed 1% every 5 minutes. In order to ensure the normal operation of the vacuum system, the sealing materials on the frequently opened feed door should be regularly inspected or replaced, and the daily maintenance of the vacuum pump should be carefully carried out according to the requirements of the user manual.
