A. Parallelism and flatness of the hot plate of the press: This part relates to the uniformity of the pressure distribution during pressing. Generally, the machine should be corrected regularly. The methods of correction are as follows:
1. Lead strip (block) - the thickness difference of the pressed lead strip shall be ± 0.1mm
2. Pressure sensitive paper is a pressure distribution test method with convenient operation. Put the pressure sensitive paper into the opening of the hot press under the condition of cold machine, and then test the pressure with 25~30kg/cm2. The pressure distribution of the machine during pressing can be known by the color distribution of the pressure sensitive paper after the test
B. Insulation board management - it is an asbestos partition at the upper and lower edges of the hot press table. It may crack after a period of use. Therefore, it is recommended to replace it once a year
C. Bearing disc management - focus on flatness and cleanliness to avoid poor quality after pressing
D. Use of buffer materials - the purpose of using buffer materials is to make the pressure evenly distributed to each part of the pressure plate
Kraft paper is the main material, and the base weight is 156~160g/m2. The best effect can be obtained by using it for the first time. However, considering the cost, the number of uses should not exceed 2. As the buffering effect of kraft paper after pressing will decrease, of course, the pressure distribution will be affected. In addition, some manufacturers use cushion pads to replace kraft paper, which can be reused. However, the buffering effect will become worse after the number of uses reaches a certain level, Therefore, how to control an appropriate number of uses is the focus of using this material
Since the manufacturer does not fix the size and area of the lamination in the lamination of multilayer plates, and even has different sizes of mixed pressing, the pressure plate equipment may have local differences after long-term use. Therefore, the calibration of the press and the selection of buffer materials should be more rigorous than that of the substrate manufacturer to obtain better lamination quality
