The working principle and operating steps of the glue flow press are as follows:

 

Name: Glue flow press

Specification and model: VRF-T80.                    

The purpose is as follows: to detect the pressure accuracy of PP film according to IPC2.3.17 (4.1).

Cut x4 pieces of 4 "x4" test pieces with a surface pressure of 200psi (± 10psi) and a constant temperature pressure of 171 ℃± 2.8 ℃ for 10 minutes.

Its working principle is to provide pressure and temperature indicators for the operator to operate according to the principle of IPC2.3.17 (4.1).  

The operation steps are as follows:

1、 Check whether the power input is correct.

2、 Open 2 contactors (N.F.B.) in the electric cabinet.

3、 Turn on the power switch on the operation panel, and the power indicator is on.

4、 The upper and lower temperature switches are opened to set the required temperature.

5、 If the temperature cannot reach the set temperature, please try to calculate the P.I.D. value.

6、 Please set the timer before pressing.

7、 Put in 4 "x4" test piece, press it to rise, and pay attention to the safety of people around.

8、 After the pressure table rises, it will automatically time. Please adjust the air pressure to the required pressure. When the time is up, the pressure table will automatically drop.
