Startup steps of photovoltaic laminator:

1. Clean the worktable, keep the environment clean and tidy, and prevent the battery chip from being damaged; Wear work clothes, shoes, hats and gloves.  

2. Check the position of travel switch.  

3. Turn on the laminator, set the corresponding process parameters according to the process requirements, raise the temperature to the set temperature, and record the process parameters; The setting parameters are as follows: ① Temperature: 140 ℃ - 145 ℃. ② Time: vacuum: 6-7 minutes, lamination: 14-16 minutes. (Refer to relevant parameters of F.RST F806). ③ Laminating working pressure: 0.02~0.03MPa. ④ Evacuation rate: 60s vacuum degree reaches 200Pa~20Pa. ⑤ Vacuum degree: ≤ - 95 X 103 Pa. ⑥ Pressure: 30 X 103 Pa ≥ PI ≥ 45 X 103 Pa.           65 X 103 Pa≥PII≥80 X 103 Pa。 ⑦ EVA crosslinking degree of components: ≥ 80%.  

4. Turn on the laminator, set the corresponding process parameters according to the process requirements, and raise the temperature to the set temperature; Run an air cycle, monitor whether the vacuum parameter changes normally in the whole process, and confirm that the vacuum of the laminator meets the specified requirements. Check the temperature change of the inner chamber of the laminator every time it is started, and record the original data. 5. Press test, lay a layer of fiber cloth, pay attention to the front and back, the upper and lower cloth, and lift a piece of component to be laminated; Check the current and voltage values, and check whether there is obvious displacement of the battery chips and bus bars in the components, and whether there are foreign matters, fragments and other undesirable phenomena. If there is, return to the previous process. 6. Wear gloves to transport the stacked and qualified components from the storage place. During the transportation, do not squeeze the battery chip (to prevent fragments), and keep it stable (to prevent the displacement of the battery chip in the component). 7. Place the glass side of the module downward and the outgoing line to the left, place it steadily in the middle of the laminator, and then cover it with a layer of fiber cloth (pay attention to make the fiber cloth face the module) for lamination.
