Hot pressed plate structure
The hot pressing is the core of the laminator, which is also called the hot plate. Its processing accuracy and temperature accuracy have a great impact on product performance. The machining accuracy refers to the parallelism and flatness of the hot pressing plate, which is related to the thickness deviation of the product. The pipe structure in the hot pressed plate is related to the heat transfer effect and temperature accuracy. The commonly used pipeline structures are single pipe type and double pipe type, single inlet and single outlet type and double inlet and double outlet type. Single pipe type means that the pipeline is connected by single pipe in the transverse direction. Double pipe type refers to that the pipeline is connected by two pipes horizontally, which is difficult to process. For single inlet and single outlet pipes, one corner of the hot plate is the inlet and the opposite corner is the outlet. Due to the long distance of the pipeline and the large temperature difference between the inlet and outlet, the pressed products are easy to distort. The inlet and outlet of single inlet and single outlet pipeline are also in the middle. The temperature difference between inlet and outlet of this structure is relatively small, and the pipeline processing is slightly more difficult than that of diagonal inlet and outlet. In order to better eliminate the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet and the heat loss around the hot pressing plate is greater than that in the middle, there are also double inlet and double outlet types. The pipeline with this structure has two inlets on both sides of the hot pressing plate and two outlets in the middle. Since there is always heat loss during operation, the inlet temperature is higher than the outlet temperature. This structure is consistent with the purpose of increasing the peripheral temperature of the hot pressing plate. When necessary, in terms of pipe diameter design, the pipe diameter around the hot pressing plate shall be slightly larger than that in the middle, or the pipe density around the hot pressing plate shall be slightly larger than that in the middle. The double row pipe structure is also a pipe structure designed to better eliminate the temperature difference of the hot pressing plate and improve the heating effect of the surrounding parts.
