Description of hydraulic principle of vacuum press:

    The hydraulic system of the vacuum press adopts low pressure large flow pump and high pressure small flow pump for oil supply, and the high and low pressure pumps are driven separately. Press the close pressurization button to start the high and low pressure pumps at the same time, energize electromagnet 1YV, and the solenoid valve reverses. The low-pressure pump passes through the check valve 6, and the high-pressure oil enters the oil cylinder through the solenoid reversing valve 10 and check valve 11. The worktable of the vacuum press starts to rise. When the hot pressing plate of the press is closed, the motor of the low-pressure pump stops when the upper limit of the set pressure of the electric contact table 7 of the oil cylinder pressure rise and stop is reached. The high-pressure pump continues to supply oil to the cylinder. When the upper limit of the set pressure of the electric contact pressure gauge 8 is raised and stopped, the high-pressure pump stops. 1YV loses power. The vacuum crimping machine enters the stage of automatic pressure maintaining timing. In the next stage, if the pressure drops to the lower limit of contact pressure gauge 8, the high-pressure pump starts, electromagnet 2YV is powered on, and the solenoid valve reverses. The pressure oil enters the hydraulic check valve through the electromagnetic reversing valve.
